The successful candidate will be an experienced Brand Manager responsible for:
* Developing, communicating, and implementing annual brand plans for your portfolio.
* Challenging the business to develop innovative ways of achieving brand objectives and delivering a world-class innovation strategy.
* Managing all projects and brand initiatives, including NPD, pack design changes, BTL and ATL campaigns.
* Managing your portfolio's P&L to meet quarterly profit goals, with a focus on brand health metrics and actionable insights.
* Collaborating with the commercial team to develop channel plans, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.
* Monitoring and controlling budgeted brand expenditure.
* Acting as the internal brand champion, promoting brand presence internally and engaging with external retailers.
* Supporting the Head of Brand in developing the 1-5-year growth plan and defining the brand's role within the wider portfolio.
Candidate profile:
* A passionate, determined, and commercially savvy individual with experience in integrated marketing communication, NPD, brand planning, and communication development.
* Proven creativity, initiative, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through successful project management.
* Ability to analyze business, market, and consumer data for effective decision-making.
* Leadership qualities that inspire results and foster collaboration with agencies.
