Our client, a premium main car dealer located in Sidcup, South London, is actively recruiting for a dedicated Parts Advisor to join their team. 3. Competitive Basic Salary of around £30,000 per annum
4. Profit-driven bonus scheme averaging approximately £450 to £650 per month
5. Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
6. One in three Saturday mornings, typically 8.30am to 12.30pm

Duties of the Parts Advisor include:
10. Providing excellent customer service to all clients
11. Managing parts processes to meet quality and manufacturer standards
12. Ensuring effective stock control and warehouse management
13. Monitoring customer needs and competitor activity within the parts market
14. Developing the parts team through coaching and performance management
15. Collaborating with other departments to support business growth
16. Maintaining health and safety standards within the workplace
Requirements for the Parts Advisor position:
17. Minimum of two years experience in an automotive parts department
18. Well-presented, enthusiastic, and committed to high standards
19. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
20. Computer literate with the ability to manage administrative duties effectively
21. Open to considering individuals with telesales experience, based at Sidcup, or those from a traditional parts background
