Chef
We are looking for a Chef to join our growing kitchen team in the heart of the Dales.
£33696 a year, based on a 48 hour working week, paid over time, plus tips.
We're based in the centre of a busy tourist village local to Skipton, offering traditional pub food & fresh food specials throughout the day along with a daily hot & cold breakfast for our residents and walk-ins each morning.
As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for cooking up the success of this business, being at the heart of the action working as one with the rest of the kitchen team, to deliver top quality dishes every time. Being a good team player is essential for this role and communication is paramount in this high volume, fast paced environment.

What are we looking for?
* Experience and knowledge of stock management to be able to continuously hit targeted GP
* Competent understanding of all regulations, food hygiene and company specifications.
* An uncompromising resolve for completion of food safety paperwork and adherence to processes.
* Ensure a cleaning schedule is followed in a fast-paced kitchen. (keeping your section clean and compliant)
* A genuine passion for delivering top quality dishes consistently.
* An excellent team player with exceptional communication & team skills.
* The hunger to build and continuously develop yourself and those who look to you for support.
