Textron Specialized Vehicles are a global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment.
Ransomes Jacobsen Ltd are seeking a proactive and dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to join our ELiTE sales team. This role is crucial in identifying and nurturing potential customers, and supporting the ELiTE sales team by generating high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will be skilled in engaging with potential customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales journey from brand awareness to purchase intent.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Conducting outbound calls to potential customers and end-users of our turf care equipment;
* Identifying and qualifying leads, ensuring they meet the criteria for further engagement by the ELiTE sales team;
* Developing and maintaining a comprehensive database of potential customers, tracking interactions and progress through the sales funnel;
* Collaborating with the ELiTE sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads;
* Providing insights and feedback in order to refine lead generation strategies and campaigns;
* Staying informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in turf care and electrification;
* Assisting in the development of scripts and communication materials for lead generation activities;
* Participating in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities;
* Utilising CRM software to track activity, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
About You
As a Lead Generation Specialist, we would ask you bring the following skills and experience:
* Proven experience in lead generation or sales support;
* Willingness to acquire a strong understanding of turf care equipment and electrified products via training;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage potential customers and end-users over the phone;
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
* Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools;
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven;
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and technologies;
* Willingness to travel as required.
