Manage a portfolio of neighbourhoods, supported by our brilliant Community Housing Assistants. Tackle anti-social behaviour, respond to queries, collect rent and resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency. Oversee the voids process, working closely with local authorities. Carry out estate inspections, liaise with contractors, and ensure safety and compliance checks are up to scratch. Why Join Us? You have (or are working towards) Chartered Institute of Housing Level 3. Youre super organised, proactive, and resilient.
