Southgate Primary School is seeking to appoint an ambitious and motivated KS2 Phase Leader on a permanent basis to play a key role in shaping exceptional teaching, learning, and provision across the phase. Your Opportunity As a KS2 Phase Leader you will guide and inspire your phase team, driving high-quality classroom practice, embedding a rich and stimulating curriculum, and ensuring rigorous assessment and tracking systems are consistently applied to secure strong progress for all children.
