We're looking for a motivated Line Controller to support our Operations Team Leader in delivering high-quality products safely, efficiently, and to customer specifications.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support your production team to meet line targets.
* Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
* Ensure accurate completion of production paperwork.
* Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills as a team player.
* Bring experience in a production or food manufacturing environment (preferred).
* Exhibit proactivity, reliability, and a safety-focused mindset.
* Work in a stable, full-time permanent role.
