* Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in line with national guidelines and service protocols
* Educate and support patients, carers, and families to promote treatment understanding and adherence
* Collaborate with local healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
* Document and escalate any clinical concerns or incidents appropriately
* Ensure clinical equipment is maintained and used according to compliance and infection control standards
* Provide a flexible mix of face-to-face visits and virtual consultations
Person Specification
Essential:
* NMC-registered nurse (Adult or Childrens)
* At least 1 year of post-registration clinical experience
* Full UK driving licence
* Confident using IT systems and mobile devices (e.g., Android tablets)
Desirable:
* Experience with CVADs or delivering parenteral nutrition
* Understanding of outpatient antimicrobial or IV iron therapy pathways
