HR Advisor – Employee Relations (Fully Remote)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for a confident HR professional with strong employee relations experience who can independently advise employers and manage workplace investigations from start to finish.
You will play a key role in supporting businesses with day-to-day HR issues, ensuring compliance with employment law, and delivering practical, commercially focused advice.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing expert HR advice to employers on a wide range of employee relations matters
* Managing and conducting disciplinary, grievance, and absence investigations end-to-end
* Drafting investigation reports, outcome letters, and HR documentation
* Advising on performance management, capability, and misconduct issues
* Supporting employers with complex and sensitive workplace situations
* Ensuring HR practices are compliant with current UK employment law
* Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
About You
* Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar role
* Strong background in employee relations and workplace investigations
* Confident working independently and managing your own caseload
* Excellent report writing and documentation skills
* Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* CIPD qualified or equivalent experience preferred
* Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
