Meeting & Event Sales Coordinator at Village Hotels
Overview
You will be responsible for delivering amazing hospitality, focusing primarily on Meetings, Events and Groups business, handling enquiries, finalising details of events, and billing. In some of our hotels we run V Works, a co‑working business centre. You will sell the vision of a collaborative working space to customers, grow our customer base by identifying new leads and converting enquiries to members. A great personality and a passion for sales are essential.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Handle enquiries, finalise event details, process billing and maintain accurate records.
* Sell the V Works co‑working centre and wow customers with outstanding service.
* Provide consistent high‑standard hospitality, ensuring profitability for the hotel.
* Be a strong team player, capable of lending a hand wherever needed.
* Be highly attentive and maintain a can‑do attitude.
* Identify new business opportunities and stay aware of local developments and competitors.
* Issue contracts and quotes accurately.
* Conduct show‑arounds and promote all services available.
* Ensure staffing levels are appropriate to drive conversion.
