Your next chapter starts here! 🪐At Malt we believe that Ambition is the Way, so all lists of missions and responsibilities are non-exhaustive.The VP Enterprise Sales is the primary architect of our enterprise acquisition strategy for the region. You will set the commercial vision, drive rigorous execution, and scale a high-performing sales organization. By engaging directly in strategic C-level negotiations and ensuring operational excellence through strong pipeline discipline, you will ensure predictable revenue growth. As a key member of the regional and global leadership teams, you will shape our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and align our market insights across borders.

About the Role

1. Strategic Execution: Define and execute a regional enterprise acquisition strategy that aligns with Malts global priorities and ambitious growth targets.
2. Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a world-class team of Account Executives (AEs), Senior AEs, and Sales Managers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development.
3. Revenue Ownership: Own the regional P&L for new business, including revenue, pipeline health, and new logo acquisition targets.
4. Operational Excellence: Drive forecasting accuracy and rigorous MEDDIC discipline. You will be responsible for CRM excellence and the consistent adoption of sales methodologies across your teams.
5. Deal Coaching & Advocacy: Steer complex deal reviews, coaching your team on value narratives and negotiation strategies while personally engaging in high-stakes C-level negotiations to close major MSAs.
6. Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner seamlessly with Marketing, Sales Ops, Finance, Legal, and Product to unblock deals and optimize the GTM engine.
7. Market Influence: Represent Malts leadership both internally and externally, bringing critical market insights back to the executive team to influence product and strategy.

Requirements

8. Extensive experience selling to large-scale enterprises, navigating complex procurement cycles, and closing multi-stakeholder, multi-million euro MSAs.
9. A proven track record of setting regional sales strategies and aligning diverse teams toward shared commercial outcomes.
10. Experience scaling high-performing enterprise sales teams with a focus on coaching, performance management, and retention.
11. Deep expertise in MEDDIC, pipeline governance, and KPI management. You should have a strong command of Salesforce and data-driven decision-making.
12. Full professional fluency in English. Proficiency in French, German, Spanish, or Dutch is a plus.
13. Willingness to travel extensively for client and partner meetings. Ability to travel within the EU every two weeks.
