Marketing Manager role, working with a well-known, high-innovation food brand with a unique heritage and a focus on health and sustainability.
The role offers hybrid working, requiring presence in the office 2 days a week and some travel to manufacturing sites.
You will report directly to a Brand Manager and collaborate closely with teams in Operations, NPD, Sales & Category.
This is a UK & European Brand, part of a global business with high-performing brands across various categories.
To succeed as a Marketing Manager, you should have:
* Experience as a Marketing Manager or Senior Brand Manager in FMCG, preferably Food or Drink brands.
* A business-oriented, commercial mindset with strong budget management experience.
* Expertise in ideation, co-creation, proposition development, and consumer insight-based refinement.
* Strong project management and team leadership skills to inspire and develop your team.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
