As an Employment Specialist joining our Lancashire team you will be supporting people in recovery to find paid employment that is right for them, using the Individual Placement Support model of employment support. If this sounds like you, then you might be ideal for our Employment Specialist role Lancashire's IPS team aims to increase the number of people moving into paid employment from specialist community health services. The role will help people in community treatment for substance use to find and sustain paid, preference matched, employment. You’ll work throughout Lancashire with service users, clinicians, local employers and partners to deliver employment support using the Individual Placement and Support approach (IPS).
