Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and support negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements (distribution, supply, agency, sourcing, consultancy, and service contracts). Support the Head of Legal with day-to-day operations and strategic legal matters. Advise the Group CEO and senior management on general commercial and business-related legal issues. Assist in creating and maintaining company policies, ensuring compliance with current legal frameworks. Manage legal records, contract libraries, and internal databases. Draft and update employment documents; support disciplinary, redundancy, and other HR-related processes. Provide legal input on commercial risk and business terms. Participate in internal team meetings, including legal coordination across group companies. Key skills and experience required: 2–3 years PQE or completion of paralegal training. Prior in-house experience is a plus. Strong drafting and communication skills. Able to balance legal precision with commercial pragmatism. Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working independently.
