Role Overview
The Process Group Facilitator will facilitate a weekly experiential process group that supports trainees in the following areas:
* Reflecting on their internal responses to the training from a psychodynamic and existential perspective
* Engaging with interpersonal and group dynamics and increasing self‑awareness
Qualifications
* Psychodynamic training (essential)
* Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience, or 2 years facilitating groups in training settings
* Demonstrable experience facilitating therapy or process groups
* Accredited, or working towards accreditation, with a recognised professional body (e.g. BACP, UKCP, NCPS)
* Current PVG membership (or willingness to obtain)
* Professional indemnity insurance
* A qualification or training in group analysis is desirable
Additional Information
* Attendance at team meetings (paid at £20/hour) is required, usually 2 × 1‑hour meetings per module
* Opportunity to claim supervision hours (approx. 2 hours per module)
* Induction and initial team meeting will take place in August 2026
