Salary:
£26,000 basic starting salary, £2,400 annual car allowance, and auto fuel card to cover all business mileage
Commission:
Uncapped commission structure (OTE up to £60K)

Liverpool (100% field-based)

About the Role:
Do you thrive in a sales environment and want to help British businesses succeed? Are you looking for a dynamic, field-based role with uncapped earning potential? As a Field Sales Consultant at Bionic, you'll engage directly with customers face-to-face, providing outstanding service and tailored solutions across energy, telecoms, and insurance.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners.
* Identify new opportunities and generate leads through engaging with prospective and existing customers across the UK, averaging around 50 visits per day.
* Provide tailored solutions across multiple products, including energy, telecoms, and insurance.
* Become the trusted point of contact for your customers, ensuring top-tier service.
* Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.

Requirements:
* Clean Driver's License and valid car insurance; own vehicle required.
* Minimum 18 months' lead generation & sales experience (B2B, field sales, lead generation).
* Experience in territory-based sales roles, including lead generation, pipeline building, and target achievement, is desirable.
* Resilience and the ability to react positively to setbacks.
* Outstanding communication skills for building customer relationships.
* Self-management and accountability to grow and manage customer base.
* Target-driven, customer-centric mindset.
