We are a thriving practice with an excellent reputation in the local community, and we’re looking for someone to join us as Head Receptionist. We encourage all our team members to provide outstanding care to both our clients and their pets while taking pride in performing their role to the highest standard.
What Your Typical Day Will Look Like
1. As Head Receptionist, you will lead the reception team, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently while managing your own administrative duties. You will maintain a high standard of customer service and act as a vital link between clients and the clinical team.
2. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service to our clients and the best possible care for their pets. Building strong relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team will be essential to your success.
3. You will ensure every client visit is smooth and welcoming, leaving clients feeling valued and confident in the care they and their pets have received. This includes greeting clients, providing guidance and support, and managing payments and future bookings with confidence.
4. You will also coordinate the day-to-day running of the practice using our online booking system, so strong computer skills are essential.
This is a Full-Time role working 40 hour per week with 1 in 4 weekends
