About the Role Multitaskseeking a skilled Shot Blaster / Powder Coater to join our team in Leyland. This is a full-time, night-shift position offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work within a well-established manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Preparing surfaces for coating by shot blasting to remove rust, scale, and contaminants. Applying powder coating to metal components using industry-standard techniques. Ensuring coatings are applied evenly and to the required thickness. Operating and maintaining shot blasting and powder coating equipment. Conducting quality inspections to ensure a high standard of finish. Adhering to all health and safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Requirements Previous experience in shot blasting and/or powder coating. Knowledge of surface preparation and coating processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work night shifts (Monday to Thursday, 6 PM 6 AM). What We Offer Four-day working week with long weekends.
