* Serve as a brand ambassador with a polished appearance and positive attitude at all times.
* Demonstrate a commitment to learning fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, application) and application techniques to deliver the best results for clients.
* Maintain store quality and merchandising, ensuring cleanliness, compliance with merchandising guidelines, and shelf product availability.
* Manage and monitor the stock at the counter effectively.
* Identify customer needs and recommend our skincare products based on their preferences and requirements.
* Explain product usage to customers interested in making a purchase.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (except Christmas Day).
* Proficient use of POS software and other digital systems necessary for smooth counter operations.
* Convey passion and master the art of storytelling.
* Build connections with clients, offering solutions and high-quality after-sales service.

* Fluent in English and Chinese.
* Highly detail-oriented and a confident, professional sales personality who embraces challenges and understands retail.
* Excellent communication skills with a strong passion for exceptional customer experience.
* Enthusiastic and passionate about luxury products.
* Previous experience in a retail environment, with a genuine interest in the beauty industry.
