Location: Regional (University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield & London area, SG2 7JS)

Hours: Full-time, 5 days over 7

Salary: £28,176 + excellent benefits

Based regionally between Hatfield and London, you'll play a key role in shaping how students engage with our services across several university campuses. Working alongside the HE Marketing & Student Experience Executive, site teams, and regional operators, you'll be at the heart of impactful campaigns and innovative marketing projects that drive student satisfaction, engagement, and commercial growth.

This is your opportunity to influence the student journey, contribute to exciting events, and champion the Aramark brand across a diverse, international student demographic.


What you'll be doing:

* Delivering innovative campaigns aligned with the UK promotional calendar
* Managing customer satisfaction tools and supporting data insight across all units
* Running and growing our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, X, email)
* Keeping our customer-facing website platforms current and relevant
* Collaborating with design agencies to produce high-quality POS materials
* Supporting on-site food showcases, launch days, and activations
* Creating marketing collateral for internal sales, tenders, and bids
* Auditing marketing activity and acting as a brand guardian
* Helping roll out key programmes such as our Centres of Excellence initiative
* Being a visible, hands-on ambassador for student engagement on site

What We're Looking For:

* 1–2 years' experience in a marketing or student engagement role
* A formal qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* Strong grasp of the marketing mix, particularly in hospitality or food services
* Creative thinker with an eye for detail and excellent organisation skills
* Confident communicator with the ability to manage projects independently
* Savvy with social media platforms and digital communications
* Comfortable working with design agencies and internal stakeholders
* Strong IT skills (bonus if familiar with CAD modelling)
* Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to multiple sites
