Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only
Start: September 2025

Your work will be both challenging and immensely rewarding, shaping the educational journey of pupils in a school where safeguarding, respect, and pupil voice are central to everything we do.
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will partner with the Headteacher to deliver authentic, clear leadership across our multidisciplinary team. You will drive school aims and objectives, uphold high standards of quality and compliance, and work collaboratively to create individualised, engaging programmes of learning for all pupils.

You will be:
Educated to degree level or equivalent and hold Qualified Teacher Status.
Experienced in an SEN environment, with a proven track record of inspiring and leading teams.
Passionate about helping every pupil reach their full potential, both academically and personally.
Committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and dynamic school culture.
About the School
Colne Grange School is a new specialist ASD provision offering an exciting opportunity for a SEN Teacher to join our expanding team following the school’s growth and new extension. Part of the Hillingdon Grange group of schools and the Outcomes First Group, Colne Grange provides day education for pupils with Autism, supporting each child to reach their full potential.
We provide specialist education for 35 pupils, using a wide range of teaching strategies to engage learners with diverse learning difficulties and styles. Pupils benefit from smaller class sizes and work towards an Equals Semi-Formal Curriculum alongside National Curriculum expectations where appropriate.
With four sites across the group, our provision spans from early years up to KS2, offering a unique blend of education and support to pupils with a wide spectrum of needs and abilities. Colne Grange’s autism-specific environment enables personalised teaching and learning, ensuring each pupil’s individual needs are fully addressed and their capabilities realised.
For over 16 years Options Autism have provided care and education to pupils and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties. As part of Outcomes First Group, we are leading our sector in setting and delivering new approaches that provide measurable outcomes for those in our care.
