Role Description

The successful candidate will join the Defence & Security Team as an Operations Support Administrator, supporting framework agreements with the Ministry of Defence and global customers.

Responsibilities include supporting AMs and BU Managers with administration of internal systems like SAP, Ci Purchase Order, and quoting tools; assisting in bid preparations and project spreadsheets; coordinating project and logistics plans; and working with stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.

Additional duties involve maintaining the Defence catalogue, updating pricing, managing Ci codes, and supporting AMs with data input and catalogue updates.

Key tasks include:

* Ops Support: Managing day-to-day project operations, liaising with Welsh Ops, monitoring CCS competitions, and supporting tender submissions via the CCS portal.
