Working hours : Mon – Wed: 5pm – 2:30am, Thur: 5pm- 10:15pm, Fri: 3pm – 12:30am
Our client Camden, are currently recruiting Full-Time General Operatives to join a growing manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment with full training provided.

About the Role
You will play a key role in the production process, helping to manufacture high-quality uPVC windows and doors using both recycled and new materials. You’ll be part of a team that prioritises quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
5. Arrive at your workstation on time and maintain excellent attendance
6. Follow all production procedures and processes accurately
7. Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
8. Identify and report faults or errors in products or machinery
9. Carry out tasks confidently once training is completed
10. Maintain a clean and organised work area
11. Communicate clearly with your team leader and colleagues
12. Strive to continuously improve performance and skills
13. Represent the business in a professional and courteous manner
14. Follow all Health & Safety rules, including proper use of PPE
15. Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management
