What will I be doing as a Senior Support Worker?
* Supporting individuals to develop and maintain essential daily living skills.
* Identifying and meeting the individual needs of the people we support.
* Building and nurturing positive relationships with individuals, colleagues, and the wider community.
* Encouraging and enabling choice, independence, and the rights of people with Learning Disabilities.
* Following personalized care plans to help individuals take an active role in all aspects of their lives, including activities in the home and local community.
About The Role

* You're passionate about supporting people and making a difference in their lives.
* You have at least 2 years of experience in care, including time in a Senior Support Worker role.
* You're flexible and happy to work weekdays, weekends, and adapt to individual needs.
* You're comfortable with personal care and enthusiastic about helping individuals participate in daily activities.
* You value dignity, respect, and uphold ethical standards in your work.
