Clear, timely, and well-targeted communications are critical to supporting their partners. This role plays a central part in keeping partners informed, confident, and aligned as the business evolves.

What you’ll do
* Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of operational communications across trading, supply chain, compliance, and service changes
* Translate complex internal updates into clear, partner-focused messaging, prioritising urgent or high-impact communications
* Adapt messaging for segmented audiences across different partner types and brands
* Align day-to-day operational communications with wider strategic campaigns and leadership messaging
* Maintain a communications framework and calendar to manage message flow and avoid information overload
* Use a range of internal and external channels, including email platforms, messaging tools, briefing packs, calls, and printed materials
* Track performance metrics and continuously improve communication effectiveness
* Line manage and support an Operational Communications Co-ordinator
* Stay informed on relevant legislative changes and communicate implications to internal stakeholders
What you’ll bring
* Experience working at the intersection of communications and operations in a B2B environment
* Experience using CMS and/or CRM systems to manage data and communications
* Strong copywriting, editing, and attention to detail
* A solid understanding of audience segmentation and targeted messaging
* Strong collaboration skills, with the confidence to work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
