Position: Deputy Manager

Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to staff and people supported.
* Take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes to ensure the highest quality of care and support.
* Work with relevant governing bodies on new business opportunities for the service.
Qualifications
* Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
