We are looking for a highly organised, self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Roster Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient rostering of station colleagues across the WM Trains network. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring we deliver a safe and reliable train service for our customers and therefore has an early, late and night shift pattern, including weekends. Key Responsibilities Roster Management: Compiling and producing rosters for Station Colleagues across the organisation, ensuring compliance with rostering principles and local agreements. Operational Coordination: Manage daily booking on/off processes, adjust rosters for short-term changes (e.g., sickness, emergencies), and ensure correct deployment to meet operational requirements such as train dispatch, ticket office opening hours and gate line operations. Leave & Training Administration: Maintain accurate annual leave records, authorise leave requests, and organise effective release for training, development, and detachments in line with business needs. System & Data Accuracy : Update and maintain personnel data, rosters, and rules in systems (e.g., Crewplan, Integrale), and ensure accurate submission of payroll data. Communication & Reporting : Provide operational updates and reports to station management teams. Working closely with Customer Experience Managers and Area Station Managers and escalate issues as required.
