Product Manager – Critical Care

We are looking for somebody who has at least 3 years product marketing experience in a healthcare environment, ideally who has an ABPI qualification, to lead strategic planning and operational marketing support for the Critical Care Business Unit. Working with key internal and external stakeholders for the planning and execution of product, therapy & service strategies, and operational plans, you will be the UK & Ireland expert on product knowledge, market understanding and relevant therapy knowledge. We would like you to have a marketing, business, scientific, clinical, or other relevant background.
We require an individual with strong execution capability and excellent interpersonal skills as you will be collaborating and communicating with a range of audiences. Project management experience would be advantageous.

This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours, working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. This role will be a working from home position, although some travel will be required to Fresenius Medical Care places of business and to customer sites and therefore, a Full UK Driving Licence is essential. You may also be required to stay away from home on occasions.
What are we looking for?
Alongside the qualities mentioned above. You will ideally have experience and success in the following:
· Product marketing experience for large business critical campaigns in either pharma or a healthcare setting with a strong understanding or experience of the sales process.
· Product management experience, demonstrating the ability to manage products throughout their entire lifecycle.
· Track the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, using feedback from the iPAD Analytics, CRM systems, market research and customer insight and make recommendations to improve implementation.
· Analyse the trends in the market and the impact on Fresenius Medical Care
· Commercial exposure and the ability to work closely with other internal functions, such as sales, clinical, technical, IT and back-office teams internally in a local country and global setting.
· Liaise closely with supply chain to ensure stock levels of product within the portfolio are sufficient to enable a constant supply to customers.
· Ability to communicate and present to a range of audiences, as well as influencing skills.
· Proven experience of effective relationship building with key external customers and opinion leaders
