Job Purpose
As Audit Senior, you will:
* Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients, ensuring expectations and deadlines are met
* Lead audits from planning to completion, including fieldwork and final reporting
* Review work completed by junior team members, providing constructive feedback
* Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards
* Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a key point of contact
* Mentor and develop junior staff members, fostering a collaborative team environment
* Support the firm on ad-hoc projects, including due diligence and business advisory tasks

The Successful Candidate
The ideal candidate will:
* Be ACA or ACCA qualified, or a finalist with relevant audit experience in UK practice
* Have strong technical knowledge of audit processes and accounting standards
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach
* Be a proactive team player with strong organisational skills
* Show enthusiasm for mentoring and developing junior staff members
* Be confident in managing a varied workload and meeting deadlines effectively
