We’re looking for someone to join our online team as an Online Advisor - Operations at Hilmore House in Bradford on a full-time permanent basis. This role involves working full-time hours over 4 days a week. It’s a fantastic opportunity to join the online team.
The role supports the Online team to ensure our customers are at the heart of everything we do, with delivery vehicles available at all times. Responsibilities include managing inbound communication of breakdowns, incidents, facilitating swift return to service with our service providers, and maintaining service, incident, and breakdown records in compliance with policies and legal requirements.
You will be responsible for:
1. Dealing with queries from stakeholders internally and externally, including home delivery stores and service providers, in a proactive and timely manner.
2. Providing clear and consistent service within our online team and home delivery functions.
3. Working with and coaching stakeholders to improve information sharing and transfer.
4. Resolving customer queries with a right first time approach.
5. Embracing a customer service culture, ensuring accurate data and aiming to simplify processes.
6. Building positive relationships with all business stakeholders.
7. Promoting best practices and adherence to controls.
8. Ensuring delivery vehicles are available, safe, legal, and responsive for home delivery.
9. Providing first-line problem solving and resolution for delivery teams.
10. Maintaining documentation related to commitments with service providers, authorities, and departments.
11. Reporting incidents, damages, repairs, maintenance, and related information accurately.
12. Ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
13. Meeting Service Level Agreements and compliance frameworks.
14. Minimizing rework and costs through first-time accuracy.
15. Resolving invoice queries promptly.
16. Contributing to process improvements and reporting on costs, incidents, and progress monthly and weekly.
About You
You will need skills and experience such as:
1. Experience in LCV fleet management, manufacturing, or dealer network functions.
2. Knowledge of safe, legal, and regulatory requirements for LCV fleet vehicles.
3. Commercial and financial understanding, capable of challenging or escalating issues.
4. Strong analytical skills and data interpretation abilities.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in data management, especially in Microsoft Excel.
7. Ability to meet deadlines with enthusiasm and commitment.
8. Understanding of retail business and online processes.
9. Attention to detail and a right first time mentality.
10. Teamworking skills.
