The Role:
* Lead a 22+ strong admin team via team leads and supervisors
* Support service delivery aligned to NHS/ICB requirements
* Drive admin workflow efficiencies and compliance
* Manage scheduling, onboarding, and clinician rota support
* Use data to identify performance risks and deliver improvements
About You:
* Experienced in healthcare operations (NHS, private or community)
* Knowledgeable on patient pathways and service models
* Proven line manager with team leadership experience
* Skilled in performance data, reporting, and communication
* Experience with SystemOne or surgical workflows (desirable)
