AF Bathroom & Heating are looking for an ambitious, organised and customer-focused Bathroom Showroom Manager to lead our busy showroom environment. This is a hands-on role combining sales, design and customer experience, ideal for someone passionate about high-quality bathrooms and delivering exceptional service.
We are a growing, family-run business with a strong reputation across the South West, offering bathrooms, kitchens and heating solutions — all trades under one roof.
The Role
As Showroom Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our showroom operations and customer journey — from first enquiry through to confirmed design.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing day-to-day showroom operations
Sitting customer appointments (pre-booked & walk-ins)
Designing bathrooms using 3D software such as Virtual Worlds
Guiding customers through product choices, layouts and upgrades
Procuring materials and managing supplier orders
Checking in deliveries and organising materials for upcoming jobs
Coordinating outgoing deliveries with operations teams
Maintaining showroom presentation, cleanliness and product displays
Keeping product knowledge current across suppliers and ranges
Driving sales performance and helping customers achieve their dream space
What We're Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills
Confident selling high-value bathroom projects
Organised and detail-focused with stock and procurement
Experience with bathroom design software (Virtual Worlds or similar preferred)
Self-motivated with a passion for interiors and design
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced showroom environment

Salary -
Base salary - £30,000.00
2% Commission on sales
