Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for EHS Manager on a 3 month contract based in Staffordshire. Role Summary EHS Manager is responsible for ensuring that an organization and its employees adhere to EHS standards and our Life Saving Rules. EHS Manager is responsible for shaping and maintaining organizations’ safety culture. His/her duties include implementifng organizational safety rules, promoting a culture of safety in the workplace and performing regular site inspections to check compliance in order to prevent incidents, minimize resource leakage, improves efficiency and employees satisfaction, at all levels. EHS Manager shall conduct safety training for relevant employees at the site. He/she also collaborates with other departments such as GSC operations, facility management, quality, etc. EHS Manager work across various department within the business, reviewing safety measures to save lives and improve working standards. EHS Manager design and implement safety procedures and regulations to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries or accidents in the workplace.
