This family run company have a decade long legacy dominating the outdoor manufacturing industry generating an impressive turnover of 20 Million. Specialising in the design, manufacture and install canopies, shelters and outdoor seating for the education, healthcare and sports sectors this company have ambitious plans for nationwide expansion and aims to double its turnover within the next five years. To facilitate this growth, they are seeking a Construction Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the company's expansion plans.
On offer is a rare opportunity for a highly motivated Construction Manager to join a rapidly expanding contractor in an autonomous role where you will demonstrate your expertise within a dynamic company.
You will oversee the whole Construction arm of the business reporting to the directors, working alongside the Managing QS to understanding the costings of projects. You will then oversee Project Managers ensuring realistic and efficient project programmes are produced whilst ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations. Your primary objectives will be to ensure projects are completed within designated timeframes, budgetary constraints, and quality benchmarks. While primarily based in the office, you will also conduct periodic site visits to liaise with clients and site teams
It is imperative that you have strong Construction Management background with experience with more of an operational role, organisation skills are key. You will need to have worked on a variety of projects with proven experience of completion of projects from concept through to completion.
