Core Responsibilities Oversee the completion of daily, weekly and monthly deliverables for ETF-specific tasks, including validation of basket components, valuation of baskets, and preparation of team reporting deliverables Administer the daily monitoring for compliance with prospectus limitations and various regulations of each domiciled product Complete comprehensive impact analysis of issues and recommends solutions. Independently resolving issues and elevates material issues. Identify opportunities and recommend process improvements to gain efficiencies and ensure quality Promote a comprehensive conceptual understanding of funds, the business unit processes, and the impact on internal and external clients Monitor various controls and procedures to ensure adherence to all policies and procedures while advocating awareness of risk management practices Exhibit working knowledge of operations processes and accurately execute policies and procedures utilizing controls, and identify opportunities for improvement to further mitigate risk. Monitor risk via dashboards, and identify and communicate situations that expose risk Mentor and coach other team members, serve as a cross trained resource to the department, and provides assistance and training support as needed Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned What it takes Previous experience of working within Fund Operations Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent combination of training and experience Special Factors Vanguard is not offering sponsorship for this position This is a hybrid position and would require you to work in the London office 3 days per week This role encompasses activities that fall within the remit of UK Financial Conduct Authority (‘FCA’) regulation.
