You will have an exciting opportunity to open a brand new home, building your own staff team with the help of the service's RI. Job Details: Children's Registered Home Manager Managing a new residential care home for children and young people Working alongside the RI to ensure the home is a safe and therapeutic environment to create positive outcomes for the young people supported within the home You will register with OFSTED, and therefore be responsible for the day to day management of the home and ensuring the service is compliant with OFSTED Recruit, manage, develop and supervise staff team Assist with the opening of service Full-time, permanent position, on-call duties Sheffield based Pay Details: Up to £55,000 Requirements: NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management Deputy or Registered management experience NVQ Level 3 in children and young people If this position sounds of interest, please click "Apply".
