Location: Various locations across Pembrokeshire (including part-time base in Crymych)
Pembrokeshire County Council's In-House Day Service is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and help deliver high-quality day opportunities for adults across Pembrokeshire.
In this rewarding role, you will support staff in providing outcome-focused activities for adults with learning disabilities, older people, and individuals diagnosed with dementia. You'll play a key part in fostering strong relationships with individuals, colleagues, and the wider community to develop stimulating, person-centred experiences that promote wellbeing and inclusion.
