Successful, independent 2 Rosette pub in the Brecon Beacons looking for a full-time front of house manager. Responsibilities include:
Management of FOH staff including rota and allocation of duties. Dealing with online customer emails and reservations. day to day running the bar and restaurant. Managing the drinks cellar including the ordering and receiving deliveries from the brewery and other vendors. Cleaning the lines and changing the barrels, pub & restaurant maintenance including general cleaning, and prep for service. managing the online booking system and EPOS Liason and coordination with the head chef and kitchen staff
Required experience: FOH experience in a busy environment essential Management of a team Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service experience able to deal with issues as they arise. A positive, can do attitude. This job is a 4 day working week.
