Your Opportunity
* Fixed term contract for 6 months (contract may be extended based on performance)
* Starting ASAP
* Minimum contracted hours 8.25 per week (cover 1–3 shifts per week; 8.25–24 hours per week). Hours allocated according to business needs.
* Shifts may include: Monday 7.30–16.15; Tuesday 7.30–16.15; Alternate week Tuesday 10.30–19.15; Wednesday 7.30–16.15; Alternate Saturdays 7.30–12.15
As a Test Centre Administrator, you will be part of a worldwide team helping customers during their learning and assessment journey. You will support test delivery and provide exceptional customer service in a secure, comfortable environment.
Responsibilities
* Welcome, greet and check-in customers/test-taking candidates
* Comply with testing security, procedures, and company policies
* Verify candidate identification and explain exam rules
* Proctor/invigilate candidates during exams
* Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments (e.g., IT)
* Housekeeping duties as needed (e.g., cleaning workstations)
We seek a true team player who can work a variety of shifts across days, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Test Centres operate early and late hours, so flexibility is required.
Our Successful Applicant
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people during important events while protecting exam integrity. Requirements include school qualifications in English and Maths. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is advantageous. The candidate should be flexible to work different days and times and comfortable in a quiet testing environment with excellent attention to detail. Ability to sit for long periods and escort candidates to/from exam rooms is needed.
