What you'll be doing:
As a Technical Sales Coordinator for our Fintray team, you will drive new business by engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and deliver high-quality, compelling technical and commercial quotations. You’ll be responsible for initiating new customer orders and ensuring a seamless experience throughout execution. In this role, you'll showcase product features, promote sales, and build strong, lasting relationships with our customers
Day to day you'll be involved in:
* Front line technical support for clients, understanding their technical challenges and providing solutions.
* Delivering technical sales quotations content, including commercial requirements.
* Responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely mobilisation of rental equipment by maintaining a strong working relationship with the Workshop Manager.
* Liaising with third party inspectors to ensure equipment is signed off prior to mobilising on projects.
* Following up on submitted enquiries with the client and supporting the client.
* Liaising with different departments for their input into sales activity (operations, finance, certification, external suppliers
What experience you'll bring:

Some other things that will help you to be successful in this role?
* You have solid experience and technical knowledge of mechanical solutions
* You hold an HND or above in business administration, business management or mechanical engineering OR have experience in a similar role.
* You can proactively manage customer relationships from initial approach to order closing and ongoing customer relationship managements.
* You have strong interpersonal, relationship development and negotiating skills, outstanding commercial awareness and good all-round business practice.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Previous experience with ERP systems highly advantageous.
