Essential Skills And Experience
* Experience in business development, income generation, partnerships, or fundraising
* Proven ability to secure paid opportunities and convert leads into revenue-generating activity
* Strong communication and relationship management skills, with experience engaging external stakeholders
* Commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* A proactive, results-focused approach with the ability to work independently
* Experience working with external organisations such as schools, community groups, or partners

* Experience in events, workshops, arts,educationor community sectors
* Knowledge of grant applications or funding opportunities

* Develop and deliver strategies to increase earned income across all activity streams
* Secure paid workshops with schools, community groups, andorganisations
* Generate paid choir bookings and performance opportunities
* Identifysponsorship and partnership opportunities
* Support growth in choir membership and retention of paying participants
* Improve income generation from events through pricing and audience conversion strategies
* Identifyand support small grant opportunities where appropriate
