* You must have recent experience working as a Nursery Practitioner in a nursery setting.

What You’ll Need

* Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years
* Strong working knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Recent experience as a Nursery Practitioner in an early years setting
* Confident managing a key group independently
* Clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities

* Plan and deliver structured EYFS-aligned activities
* Act as key person for a group of children, completing observations and assessments
* Maintain accurate learning records and contribute to planning meetings
* Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and compliance procedures
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent standards across rooms
* Communicate clearly with parents regarding progress and wellbeing
