Responsibilities
* Picking and selecting the best quality products on the shop floor that online customers have ordered ready for delivery, or providing substitutions when items are out of stock.
* Using a handset to plan your route around the store, identify what to select and manage time to complete each shop.
* Behind the scenes: handling customer queries, processing orders and helping to load the vans for Home Delivery Drivers.
* Always ready to serve customers, supporting with questions and proactively offering help.
* Build strong product, service and promotion knowledge to provide recommendations.
* Flexibility to work across the store as required.
* Happy with early morning starts (many shifts start at 4am) and able to work in a fast-paced, physical and high-energy environment, often independently but also as part of a team.
* Friendly and welcoming with genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.
* Enjoys working in a fast-paced, physical and high-energy environment, using initiative to solve problems and taking responsibility for owned tasks.
* Willing to work flexibly to a high standard across the store; fully trained in a variety of skills to learn, develop and try new things.
* Comfortable learning to use new digital tools and technology to perform effectively and able to move shopping containers up to 15 kg.
* Attention to detail to keep the store clean and clutter-free and to create the best shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications
* You must have the Right to Work in the UK.
* If shifts include hours earlier than 6am or later than 11pm, you will need to be at least 18 years old.
