The role… We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie / Pastry Chef to join our brigade. This is a varied, hands-on role working across all areas of the kitchen, including sauce, larder, garnish and pastry. You will run your own section when required and support the preparation of desserts, breads and pastry, whilst also contributing fully to main kitchen service. This is an excellent opportunity to develop as a well-rounded chef within a professional Rosette-level kitchen.
