This is your chance to bring your passion for food to one of North Derbyshires most exciting pubs. Youll train at our neighbouring site, The Hunloke Arms, before stepping into your new role at the reimagined Blue Stoops.

What the role entails
Cooking with Quality - Prepare and cook fresh dishes to spec, ensuring every plate looks and tastes incredible.
Food Safety First - Follow the highest standards of compliance, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Own Your Section - Take responsibility for your station, managing prep, service, and smooth delivery.
Stay Sharp Under Pressure - Cook with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Team Spirit - Work closely with your fellow chefs to keep service flowing and standards high.
Adapt & Support - Jump into different sections of the kitchen when needed to support the team.
