Job Title: Outbound Marketing & Lead Research Executive
Salary: £25k - £30k depending on exeriance plus bonus

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Sales Researcher & Lead Generation Executive to work alongside our sales and commercial teams. You’ll be responsible for identifying new prospects, researching key decision-makers, enriching CRM data, and helping to warm up leads via tools like Instanly.ai, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Use tools like Instanly.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, RocketReach, and Hunter.io to run smart outbound campaigns
- Identify and qualify leads in target sectors and territories
- Research decision-makers and gather accurate contact data
- Segment and enrich lead lists with relevant insights (company size, service needs, FM spend, etc.)
- Manage multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, data nurturing)
- Monitor responses and engagement to identify warm leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified opportunities
- Log activities and maintain data hygiene in our CRM (e.g. BigChange, HubSpot or similar)
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales research, outbound campaigns, or B2B lead generation (agency or in-house)
- Confident using outbound sales tools like Instanly, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar
- Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, email nurturing and prospect research
- Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Self-motivated with a curiosity for learning and experimenting with new tools
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with sales professionals
- (Desirable) Experience in facilities management, cleaning, waste or similar B2B service sectors
