Finance Manager - £70,000 - £77,000 per annum - 1 day of hybrid working

We’re offering a rare opportunity to step into a hands-on, end-to-end role where you’ll lead the entire finance cycle from day-to-day accounting through to strategic reporting, audit, and forecasting.
This is a pivotal position within the business, giving you real influence, visibility, and the chance to shape processes in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Take full ownership of the HQ finance function, managing the entire accounting lifecycle
* Oversee end-to-end accounting including AP/AR, general ledger, and reconciliations
* Lead the month-end close, delivering accurate, insightful management accounts and variance analysis
* Drive balance sheet integrity and maintain a strong control environment
* Own budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes
* Lead year-end activities and act as the key contact for external auditors
* Support statutory reporting in line with IFRS standards
* Partner with Group Finance on consolidation and reporting requirements
* Continuously improve systems, processes, and reporting
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
* Proven experience in a hands-on, full-cycle accounting role
* Strong track record managing month-end, year-end, and audit processes
* Solid technical accounting knowledge (IFRS)
* Experience in multi-entity or group environments
* Fluent German is a bonus, but not essential
