* ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualification or equivalent
* Degree-level education or Certified Tax Specialist (CTS) certification
* Experience in supervising and coaching junior staff members
* Working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and financial reporting requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
