Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join the team at Stowe School in Buckingham.
** This is a remote location that does not have public transport service. Own transport is essential**
About the Barista role:
* Preparing and serving coffee and tea drinks
* Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of coffee and tea served at Benugo
* Supporting the Head Barista in training the team
* Properly handling and maintainng all coffee equipment
* Ensuring the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard
* Ensuring that food safety standards are always followed
* General cleaning duties and general tasks across the site
Previous experience preparing and serving drinks is required.
Qualifications
* Any combination of education that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
* Minimum of one year experience as a barista preferred.
* High school diploma preferred.
* Previous hospitality experience preferred.
* Superior professional appearance and manner, good character to work in a fast-paced team.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
* Ability to lift/carry
* Flexible in performance of all duties.
