We are looking for an experienced Trade Account Manager to work at our Milton Keynes office.
Job Purpose
· To build excellent relationships, to ensure retention of our valued trade customers.
· To be an ambassador of EverWith Memorial Jewellery, both in the office and off-site.
· To provide excellent customer service at all times.
· Responding in a timely and efficient manner to all enquiries, to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
· Escalation point for any complex queries or complaints.
· Communicating with new and existing customers to understand their requirements.
· Setting up new Trade Partners on Shopify.
· Ensuring our Stockist page is kept up to date.
· Following up on trade partner communications to ensure excellent customer service.
· Explaining the onboarding and Trade Partner process to potential new customers.
· Keeping a check on the status of all Trade Partner accounts – ensuring communication is logged on the Shopify timeline.
· Building and maintaining long-term relations with clients.
· Providing reports on customer performance to the Directors.
· Informing new and existing clients about updated pricing plans, products, services, or any promotional offers.
· Liaising with the Business Development Manager regarding new opportunities.
· Preparing and presenting Monthly/Quarterly/Annual business reviews.
· Ensuring the Trade Team have adequate supplies of Trade resources (brochures, display stands etc)
· Placing orders on Shopify that may be received over the phone, in the post or by email.
· Identify ways in which to pro-actively engage with customers and improve the level of service.
· Attend Trade shows when required.
· Attend weekly internal Trade meetings.
· Attend monthly one-to-one meetings with your team.
· Ensure all customer information is stored and disposed of correctly.
Person Specification
· Enjoy a fast paced environment and communicating with people.
· Computer literate and have a keen eye for detail.
· Good analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
· Good time and project management skills.
· You will be speaking to Funeral Directors, Memorial Assistants and on occasion, members of the public. Therefore, you must have a caring nature and be empathetic.
· You will be handling ashes; therefore, you should be respectful at all times.
· Familiarity with the latest trends and developments within the Funeral Services sector.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong presentation skills – both preparing presentations using PowerPoint and delivering to key customers.
· Ability to deliver training sessions to groups of customers if needed.
· A team player as well as able to work independently.
· Ability to handle stressful situations.
· Ability to offer excellent customer service and build strong relationships.
· Enjoy working within a team. Be both a leader whilst nurturing members of the team
· Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
· Willingness and ability to travel
